I recently had a pergola installed and overall, I’m very happy with the final result—it looks great, and the installers were professional, efficient, and did quality work. The pergola was built within the timeframe outlined in the contract, which I appreciated.

That said, there is room for improvement in communication. After placing my deposit, I went weeks without hearing anything until I reached out for updates. I learned they were waiting on the engineer, and later the permit, but those updates only came after I called or texted. A simple monthly update email or message from the company would have gone a long way to keep me informed without me having to chase down the status.

There was also a small scheduling hiccup—after the permit was approved, I was told installation would start the next day, but the crew actually arrived two days later. Not a huge issue, but it added to the communication gap.

In the end, I love my pergola and I’m glad I chose this company. If they strengthen their customer communication and provide proactive updates, the experience would be 5 stars.

The All Star Sunrooms LLC TEAM Was awesome !

They demolition an existing raggedy screened lanai (Rolando did a swift and amazing with an awesome cleanup).

Robert and crew were meticulous and provided me with a new beautiful structurally sound 18 x 30 Covered Patio with picture window screened views of my waterway.

My new outside paradise is an oasis professionally constructed by a great team.

My sales Rep Chiu was fantastic coordinating every detail. Armando was also on point.

Chu and his crew did a great job. Chu was communicative throughout, prompt with the order and work. His team was efficient. The product was great! I was so pleased with the work of Chu, his team, and the product, I had them installed an extension of my lanai.

✨ ✨ All Star sunrooms and patios provided excellent customer service and an enjoyable construction experience. The team was very knowledgeable about the questions that I had during the sales portion of the contract. We were at advised said it would take 60 to 90 days to complete our project. However they came back two weeks later and completed the project in 5 days. The patio with sealed to perfection because I hate pest. If you're thinking about completing a patio screened addition, please consider All Star sunrooms. Allstar exceeded all of our expectations pricing, pre construction 🚧 and after the sale. All star sunrooms put on a 40x20 patio extension (roof) and extended screen enclosure for me. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the process from start to finish. Al was very attentive, and available for any of my calls and questions and even came out twice to help me plan. I got exactly what I wanted, and what we had discussed. His team was also thorough and available to me for any questions. His price was fair and I would definitely recommend their work to anyone in need.

We are recently retired home builders from Texas and moved to Fla last August. I wasn’t able to be outside though because of the bugs. I was covered in bites. After researching and talking with several enclosed patio companies all over and even attending the home shows, we just didn’t feel like the quality was what we were looking for. We met someone that referred us to All Star and said that his experience was 5 star all the way from start to finish product! End of story for us… Al is a great person with an excellent team. It was done way before schedule and every bit of it is perfect. He is fair with his prices and honest. I will highly recommend this company if you are going to to invest in the amazing addition of a patio enclosure!
